Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time Most orders to the United States arrive within 8–14 days after processing. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Duties and taxes For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable import charges are handled before your package ships, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Lost or late packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
