Damaged, defective or wrong item If your band arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. No need to send anything back.

Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We'll send you return instructions, and once the return is received we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Package never arrived If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Refund timing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
